DELIVERY

Delivery within Australia normally takes about 5 to 10 days, sometimes it may take longer, particularly for international addresses.

The current international delivery destinations are:

Albania, Armenia, Austria, Azerbijian, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia/Herzegovenia, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Japan, Macau, Netherlands, New Zealand, Northern Island, Norway, Phillipines, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, USA, US Virgin Islands

All artworks require an identified signature on pick up, which is notification to Photoartoncanvas that the item(s) have been received.

If an item does not arrive within a reasonable amount of time Photoartoncanvas will investigate what has happened and keep the purchaser informed of that process.

However, please note that:

  • The purchaser is responsible for providing the complete and correct delivery address upon placing an order. If the order is returned to us due to customer error or omission, the purchaser will have to pay an additional delivery fee of $20 to reship the order.
  • Photoartoncanvas is unable to change the delivery address once an order has been shipped, and at this stage it becomes the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure they receive the order or place a new order.
  • If the order is delivered to a local post office and the purchaser fails to collect the order from the post office in a reasonable amount of time, the order may be returned to Photoartoncanvas. Any fees incurred by this return and to reship an order will have to be paid by the purchaser prior to reshipment.
  • Once an order is shipped, Photoartoncanvas cannot be held liable if a delivery is delayed due to the actions of the courier.
  • Photoartoncanvas does not offer compensation for shipping delays, for both normal and express shipping
  • If the item(s) cannot be located within a reasonable amount of time after the instigation of that process, the Photoartoncanvas will provide a replacement.

All artworks are fully insured for transit.

Refunds and Replacements

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you have a right to ask for a replacement or refund for products and services purchased.

However, Photoartoncanvas is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you got what you asked for but either changed your mind, decided you did not like the purchased item, or had no use for it.

Note that the images of artworks on this website are reduced resolution representations of the actual images and that there may be variations to the final image that appears on the purchased canvas.

Refunds and/or replacements are only offered for manufacturing defects, items lost in transit,  shipping damage or if an item purchased has a major problem.

Australian Consumer Law defines a major problem when:

  • it has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it
  • it is unsafe
  • it is significantly different from the sample or description
  • it doesn’t do what the business said it would, or what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed.

If you have experienced either a major problem or found any manufacturing defect or shipping damage you must notify Paul@www.photoartoncanvas.com.au within seven days of receipt of the artworks, with a description of the problem.

Before any remedial action can occur a photo or photos of any manufacturing defect or damage must be provided.
